Summary:
When trying to process an order through the Shopping Cart, it can clear out typed in Credit Card information when you click the "Checkout" button to continue the order processing.

Alternative Solution:
Switching to legacy shopping cart templates (if applicable) will fix the issue.

Summary:
April 7th 2021 9:37 AM MST We have created a fix for this issue and it has passed initial testing. Final testing should occur next week. March 30th 2021 2:38 PM MST Our development team has been able to replicate similar behavior in some testing applications. We are still working to identify the source of the problem. March 25th 2021 2:05 PM MST We are still investigating the cause of this issue. March 3rd 2021 4:33 PM MST For some users, drop downs in campaign builder > create task process won't open, and the field type drop down in custom fields also doesn't open for the same users.

Alternative Solution:
In Chrome turning off Settings > Sync and Google services > Help improve Chrome's features and performance seems to have helped some users. Microsoft Edge will work to add/edit custom fields, but may not work in campaign builder as it is not a supported browser.

We have identified an issue where the Checkout Pages reflect an amount due of $0.00. Individual products are still displaying their prices correctly and the issue doesn't appear to be affecting Order Forms or the Shopping Cart

Using Order Forms or the shopping cart seem to be valid work-arounds functionally, as both appear to be functioning correctly

Summary:
11/19/2020 1:52PM MST We have found that on Checkout pages that if an application is set to an international currency, the products are starting in USD and converting to international currency. This causes the price to not match what's under Ecommerce>Products.

Alternative Solution:
Create a hidden second product that at the full international price in USD that way when the Checkout page sees the price it'll read the USD price and convert it to your product's correct price.
